I have used Overhead Door Solutions a number of times for our large commercial steel roll up door and smaller residential type garage door.
I have always received prompt professional service from making first contact with their office , to when their service crews arrived to make repairs.
They do quality repair work and their rates are very reasonable.

On two separate occasions, I had Michael and Jim repairing two of my doors one day, and Stephen and Bret the next. I just want to tell you that all four men were the nicest men I have ever had working on my home. They were very polite and very good at explaining what they were doing - as I was concerned. All four were as nice as they could be.

Our garage door failed when we were in a hurry (When doesn't that happen?) and our house is only 10 years old so we did not have any garage door service done previously. I called ODS early in the morning and someone answered and had me scheduled the same day. They came when they said they would - even calling when they were about 30 minutes away to confirm. The technician was professional, thorough, on time and the doors work perfectly again. What more could you ask for? The price was reasonable too. Thank you ODS and you should feel comfortable using these guys.
